Anne Therese Jeewek (nee Stringer), age 89, a long-time resident of North Royalton passed away Saturday, October 28, 2023. Her favorite holidays were St. Patrick’s Day and Christmas when she hosted dinner for her entire family, her greatest love. Gatherings at the cottage every summer were joyful events. Nobody who crossed her threshold was ever a stranger.
Ramona Burgos Caluya, age 83, of Medina, Ohio, passed away on August 6, 2023. She was born to Juan and Inez (Mendiola) Burgos on August 2, 1940, in Masbate, Philippines. Ramona loved to travel, was an excellent cook, and loved to sing and dance. She was a member of the Association of Philippine Physicians of Ohio Auxiliary, Philippine American Ministry, PAM choir and Fatima Prayer Group.
Join us on Sunday, August 6th, beginning with 11 AM Mass and concluding with a Eucharistic Procession to the Shrine. This will be followed by a lunch in the Parish Hall. If the weather is bad, there will be Eucharistic Adoration in the Church following the Mass. We hope you can join us!

Edward W. Kopp, Jr., age 77, passed away Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Cherished husband of 53 years of Colleen (nee Gaughan); beloved father of Kelly Kopp McGoldrick (Jeffrey); loving grandfather of Shannon Lertola (Joseph) and Michael Moran; dearest great-grandfather of Brayden Lertola; dear brother of Raun Kopp (Deborah) and Karl Kopp; uncle of several nieces and nephews; and great-nephew of Jule Miracle.
The Grandparents Group will meet again on the First Friday of the Month, May 5th, after 8 AM Mass in the Parish Hall. Please BYOC (bring your own coffee) and pics of your grandchildren. Our Lady of Grace is inviting you to join our new Prayer Shawl Ministry. This ministry will knit or crochet prayer shawls to be blessed and given to our fellow parishioners who are in the hospital or have a serious illness. All you need to join is a love of knitting, crocheting and caring for each other.
Mary Kathleen Duch (nee Haviland), age 74 of Medina, passed away on Monday, April 3. There is an ancient Catholic tradition in the city of Rome to visit seven churches after the Mass of the Lord’s Supper on Holy Thursday and to pray before the Blessed Sacrament in each of those seven churches. In the spirit of this Roman tradition, we have designated twenty-one of our churches to keep their churches open until 11pm on Holy Thursday. Please try to visit seven of those churches and pray our diocesan prayer for Eucharistic Revival at each church.

Everyone across the eight-county Catholic Diocese of Cleveland is invited to participate in praying the Night Prayer of the Church at nine different parishes in the diocese on consecutive evenings from Wednesday, November 30 through Thursday, December 8, the feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
All parishioners are encouraged to attend this beautiful liturgy on Wednesday, November 2nd at 7 PM. The deceased of our parish family from the past year (October 2021—September 2022) will be remembered in a special way at this Mass as their names will be read in a Litany of Praise.

For those struggling with the loss of a loved one by suicide, the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland is collaborating with Cornerstone of Hope to provide licensed counselors to facilitate a Loss by Suicide Bereavement counseling sessions. The group is limited to 15 participants. Cost is $40 per participant.
